· Format: Hybrid (online + workshops)

· Levels:

o Level 1: IPAC Essentials (All Staff) – 5 hrs – $250

o Level 2: IPAC Clinical Practices (IPAC Leads) – 8 hrs – $390

o Level 3: IPAC Program Management (IPAC Leads) – 12 hrs – $590

o Level 4: IPAC Leadership & CIC® Prep (IPAC Leads) – 15 hrs – $790

· Focus: Staff baseline compliance through to advanced IPAC Lead leadership and certification prep

· Credential:

o Certificate per level

o IPAC Pathway Certificate for completion of all four levels
